Medicare Rebates:

If you’re eligible for a Medicare rebate (through a Mental Health Care Plan), we can usually process your claim immediately. A GP can provide you with a Medicare plan, which allows you to claim a partial rebate for up to 10 sessions each calendar year ($96.65 per session). Payment is due in full on the day of your session, after which your Medicare rebate will be processed. Please note that Medicare and NDIS claims cannot be used at the same time.

Cancellation Policy

We have a cancellation policy to respect both your time and our clinician’s schedule. Since we often have waiting lists, providing reasonable notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full session fee will be charged.

Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Policy enforcement: This applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness, unless a doctor’s certificate is provided.

NDIS

National Disability Scheme

Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Psychology)

NDIS participants who has funding under Improved Daily Living may be able to use this funding for Psychology Support.

Participants who are either plan-managed or self-managed are welcome to contact our service to make a booking. When booking, please have the following information ready: your NDIS participant number, the start and end dates of your NDIS plan, the amount of funding you wish to allocate for Psychology Services, and, if available, the contact details of your plan manager.
